The rules (www.practicallaw.com/2-501-6523), published by the London Stock Exchange (LSE), containing the admission requirements and the ongoing disclosure requirements which companies with securities admitted to trading on the markets of the LSE have to observe. The rules do not apply to companies admitted to trading on AIM.
The rules for trading securities on the markets of the LSE are set out in the Rules of the London Stock Exchange.
